you are thinking of identical twins. they are created by impregnated ovum splitting in two. that’s why they look alike - they are literal genetic copy, defacto the same person. you can’t distinguish them with a dna test.
fraternal twins come from two different eggs impregnated independently, growing up in the same womb. they are two different people, they don’t look alike, they don’t even have to have the same sex.

rare things happen. my point is not that it didn’t happen, but that here you have ton of ai slop presenting multiple different fake images of supposedly same story. among other things, it does not seem to be the case that the kids were one white, one black - the woman decided to do the dna testing when they were 8 months (if they were black and white, it would probably became suspicious sooner). she fucked them both on same day, but it probably wasn’t random one night stand from the bar, because she was able to reach both of them for the test.

I know you’re joking but I’ve heard of weirder in my family, a majority of the time we pop out looking pale and pink but on rare occasions some native DNA will come to the surface and they come out brown. Hasn’t happened in a couple too many generations so I suspect the native blood has become too thin but with an ethnically mixed enough population this could happen relatively frequently.
