Not an overreaction. But maybe find a proper tutor who teaches people with driving anxiety if you want to get back behind the wheel again. Since you are limiting yourself if you don’t want to drive. And before you public transport-o-philes come at me, I live in a country with great public transport infrastructure and lots of bicycle paths, and even here not having the option to drive a car is still a limitation.

If this is a first person game I will pass. I get motion sickness from certain type of first person games and the RE first person games make me sick very quickly. It’s weird since I can play games like CS or CoD for hours, but first person exploration games I can’t handle.

Maybe do strength training and stretching exercise first that target the leg muscles. A lot of knee pain comes from imbalanced leg muscles. Like when one side of the leg is too stiff or too weak.
