Hello lovelies, I am a (trans)Woman who is still in the process of discovering herself!
I have been working up the courage to be who I am for so long, I am excited to be figuring things out.
Pre-HRT, pre-fashion-sense, and pre-confidence.
Any and all tips and advice from more experienced women are welcome!

I, too, enjoy gobbling goth girl meat.

- Comment on The Matrix 1 day ago:
Humanity created everything that led to its destruction.
The message was clear in the first movie. We didn’t need to see “Han shot first” or “Han shot in self defense after changes to the story came about years later”.
Although in no way will I be complaining about more matrix, bring me more matrix history, animated or live action! I just think the message doesn’t change whether humans shot first or not. We created the circumstances, our downfall was our own making.

Then rephrase to “I HAVE to do something, what do I feel like doing?”
I mean, the answer is still nothing, but at least I’ll feel more compelled to choose.
I just need to make a chore dart board…

It’s been great.
- Comment on Boots 4 days ago:
Having bought 3 whole pairs of boots in my life, and one of them actually expensive, I have no idea what this means.
Based on the context of fluffy tops, I’m guessing snow boots, and impregnating in this context is impregnating the boot material with a waterproofing agent of some kind.

That’s quitter talk, I believe in your ability to become a mystic mountain/forest/cave person that people hear rumors about when hiking the trails during a full moon.
Be the eldritch horror you want to see in the world.

I mostly play on the easiest difficulty in any game, I play games as escapism, if I wanted to be frustrated I’d go talk to relatives.
Exceptions are games I’ve played a bunch.
I’ve heard nothing but high praise about Blood and Wine and am excited to experience it!

I actually saw that automatic oil application had been added at some point, that’s a huge bonus!
There’s a few other things I remember having issues with, but they were all minor individually, so they’ve probably been improved on.
I definitely need to give it another try, and this announcement certainly makes me want to pick it up again soon.

Damn, I REALLY need to finish the third one… I haven’t even finished the base campaign.
It’s not that I don’t like the game, I am fascinated by every part of it, and it’s been installed and updated on my computer for many years…
It’s just so in depth, I do not have the attention span and dedication I used to in optimizing builds for a game. I felt like I was on hard mode if I didn’t use the potions and sword oils and things, but I kept forgetting what to use, and that’s assuming I even had the right stuff on me to begin with…
That’s probably why I keep going back to skyrim more often, it’s combat is more simplified and casual. Which is funny because I always download mods to make the game more like the Witcher and improve combat…
I’ll finish it one day, in my most recent playfhrough I had just gotten to some giant squid creature in a swamp, and kept dying so I just didn’t keep playing anymore.

I’m sorry, that sounds awfully close to whining about women wearing makeup.

“man develops app to discover women are cute without makeup, more at 11”
Any man that whines about women wearing makeup in any way is just signaling to everyone he’s a waste of their time.
- Comment on In case you weren’t sure which box 5 days ago:
Honestly I fully expect someone to not understand.
The last place I lived, the owners had set up a delivery box since they’re getting deliveries nearly every day, some of them large.
It was a nice box, insulated and waterproof, clearly marked as “DELIVERIES”
They still had drivers dropping things off at the door to their garage, their detached garage, front door, and once back door.
So they made a sign that had DELIVERIES with an arrow on the opposite side of the driveway, and put logo stickers for every delivery company they could think of on the box itself.
Still had things dropped off at the door.
Eventually they put up a gate without a fence across the driveway, painted the bin bright orange, left it next to the gate… And had a couple drivers walk all the way around the gate and down the driveway to the front door. At least until they put up a fence, then they had a few deliveries marked “undeliverable” until they called the companies about it.
Never underestimate what a delivery driver who is rushed by their company can miss while trying not to get fired for taking too long to deliver something.

I love the over-the-top action in some music videos as well as “Bollywood” action films.
More movies need to have the completely serious cartoonish shenanigans.
Like kicking a manhole cover off it’s hole in order to deflect bullets at the dozen or so bad guys surrounding you.

Lmao no, just autistic fascination with space and many thousands of hours of listening to astrophysics lectures and hundreds of hours listening to edu-tainment type videos from people like Dr. Becky Smethurst.
Thanks for the compliment though, I’ve heard the balloon explanation since I was a child, but the ant-splanation of light speed just popped into my head.
- Comment on wat 6 days ago:
Without trying to explain things even in not sure I grasp, no. The atomic forces keep atoms together, and expansion of space is only noticeable on long distances.
Also fun fact: the rate of expansion is not only INCREASING as space expands, last information I saw suggested space is expanding faster in some directions than others, which is fascinating for a number of reasons.
- Comment on wat 6 days ago:
Eventually, the universe itself will “die” when it hits absolute zero and nothing moves anymore. Nothing can happen after the heat death of the universe (unless protons decay)
- Comment on wat 6 days ago:
Take a balloon.
Blow it upto about 50mm
Make a couple dots around it
Blow it up a little more.
Now there’s distance between the dots.
Imagine an ant walking between the dots. That ant is going at the speed of light (as fast as it can go) relative to the dots.
Now as it walks between the dots, blow the balloon up really big
The dots aren’t moving, they’re stuck to the surface of the balloon. The balloon itself is expanding. The ant is going at the speed of ant-light, but now the dots are all “moving away” faster than the ant can walk.
The speed of the ant hasn’t changed, the space the ant is traveling has changed. And faster than the ant can move, because the balloon isn’t limited by the same things the ant is.

My first car was a Nissan altima, I pulled apart to get running. I wanted to go off road at a friend’s property, there’s not much difficult terrain, like bouldering or anything, just bumpy and filled with potholes that catch cars every time they hosted large events.
I put a 2in lift kit on it, and after becoming confident it won’t get stuck at my friends house, I got a winch that I could store in the trunk, an extra scissor jack, took that fucker to the woods and tried a few trails popular with jeeps and Subarus.
It’s crazy what kind of stuff you can get up to if you don’t care a ton about the car you’re driving. Eventually put the extra stuff in my pickup, and that car slowly got used less and less until it blew a gasket into cyl 5 and I decided I didn’t want to pull the entire engine apart a second time.

If you don’t “look the part” then people will judge harshly regardless of how (in)capable you are at something.
Goes for a lot of things in life.

- Comment on If you could make a magic wish so that your crush liked you, would you do it? 2 weeks ago:
On the one hand, you kind of are making yourself a lie of sorts, which is unethical.
On the other hand, presumably the magic is permanent and that’s just the new you, forever, so it’s not a lie. You’ve just changed your personality to fit their desire/needs.
So much in the way that Aladdin became a prince via phenomenal cosmic power, he really was a prince and not a fake prince, and therefore never really lied to jasmine about that (he just about literally any part of his past as a prince, since he wasn’t until yesterday), because genie magic isnt some cheap parlor trick.
So yeah, as long as you are the one permanently changing and you don’t lie about it then I guess that’s okay with me.

Sure, here’s 50 cents for the coffee.
Now here’s the bill for the ride, the seat cleaning where you sat, the new air freshener since that’s obviously been used now, my consulting fee, conversation fee, silence fee, and an additional 47.30 for various small consumables like oil, coolant, washer fluid…
Adds up to 1.846,97EUR for the day. You can send that whenever.
Oh right, almost forgot the €200 calculation fee.
Also it’s a 30% interest rate per day for late fees
