Hello lovelies, I am a (trans)Woman who is still in the process of discovering herself!
I have been working up the courage to be who I am for so long, I am excited to be figuring things out.
Pre-HRT, pre-fashion-sense, and pre-confidence.
Any and all tips and advice from more experienced women are welcome!

No, I’m positive I want that.
I think as a teen we all went a little too hard with our equipment once or twice lmao

What if I just have a nibble?

Maybe it’s just me, but when someone says “mountain climbing” I assume actual climbing takea place.
Not a leisurely stroll on a hiking trail.
I think the fact that most people are acting as though they expect actual climbing as well is enough to say the general thought of mountain climbing is not to hike a trail to the top.

That’s nice, but I was saying it’s less dangerous, and not insane. Not that it’s not dangerous at all.

my point, which spawned the conversation, was that mountain climbing and cave diving are far far more dangerous than rock climbing, which I don’t really think is up for debate. Someone just took that to mean “rock climbing is not dangerous as all” which is a separate statement.
Kind of like that “oh so you hate waffles” meme.

Correct.
Rock climbing is super low risk. Especially if you do it indoors.
Mountain climbing and cave diving have so many factors outside your control it might as well be flipping a few coins and if they all come up heads, you die. At least in more controlled environments, even if that environment is still outside but in a well used rock climbing spot, your chances of death and/or dismemberment are much lower.

The fact that I can’t tell which one you prefer is fantastic.
I think they’re both insanity.
Rock climbing is cool though.

How I sleep listening to cave diving and mountain climbing disasters, knowing I’ll never do either one.
- Comment on Why do companies require you to submit a resume but also put the same data into their forms? 1 day ago:
You can defend shitty late stage capitalism hiring practices all you want, there is still no reason to put in the information twice
Capturing your attention is completely irrelevant to the discussion of whether computers can read a normal resume when they don’t ask for any additional information not found in the resume.

My status symbol would be 1,000 acres of land with a self sufficient farm and some recreational spots, and tiny houses for lgbt people to live on.
if you’re lgbt and not an asshole, come live near people who accept you for who you are, I baked cookies!

Some birds decorate themselves. My mother had a cockatiel that would perforate colorful paper into strips with her beak and pluck them off to place in her tail.
- Comment on Has anyone else noticed the strong pro CCP and anti-west vibes here? 1 week ago:
American here and I think your wording was spot on.
It WAS seen as a “shining beacon” by many around the world.
SEEN as. And as someone who was born here, I can assure you that many in the US absolutely know that is a facade at best.
The shell began cracking in other parts of the world decades ago (longer in places like Africa), but for most Europeans and the mostly un-terrorized-by-US-military countries, I think the turning point was “WMDs” in the early 00s. When every other “Major” country is either silent or outright saying “we have no Intel suggesting this” then you can’t really claim to have moral superiority, and once you see a liar as a liar, it’s all downhill from there.
“seen as” was absolutely the correct phrase, as it was only an illusion.

And some people think inflating numbers proves their point.
Plus, If you have 30 miles of signs telling you to get over and you wait until you are forced by the actual lane closure, yes you are the asshole.
I will not be taking questions.

And then you wake up in a bathtub filled with ice while they’re getting the scalpel ready so you book it nked down the hotel hallway. Your wallet is gone.
You are now the main character in an action comedy movie.

- Comment on The Matrix 3 weeks ago:
Humanity created everything that led to its destruction.
The message was clear in the first movie. We didn’t need to see “Han shot first” or “Han shot in self defense after changes to the story came about years later”.
Although in no way will I be complaining about more matrix, bring me more matrix history, animated or live action! I just think the message doesn’t change whether humans shot first or not. We created the circumstances, our downfall was our own making.

Then rephrase to “I HAVE to do something, what do I feel like doing?”
I mean, the answer is still nothing, but at least I’ll feel more compelled to choose.
I just need to make a chore dart board…

Having bought 3 whole pairs of boots in my life, and one of them actually expensive, I have no idea what this means.
Based on the context of fluffy tops, I’m guessing snow boots, and impregnating in this context is impregnating the boot material with a waterproofing agent of some kind.

That’s quitter talk, I believe in your ability to become a mystic mountain/forest/cave person that people hear rumors about when hiking the trails during a full moon.

I mostly play on the easiest difficulty in any game, I play games as escapism, if I wanted to be frustrated I’d go talk to relatives.
Exceptions are games I’ve played a bunch.
I’ve heard nothing but high praise about Blood and Wine and am excited to experience it!

I actually saw that automatic oil application had been added at some point, that’s a huge bonus!
There’s a few other things I remember having issues with, but they were all minor individually, so they’ve probably been improved on.
I definitely need to give it another try, and this announcement certainly makes me want to pick it up again soon.
