Hello lovelies, I am a (trans)Woman who is still in the process of discovering herself!
I have been working up the courage to be who I am for so long, I am excited to be figuring things out.
Pre-HRT, pre-fashion-sense, and pre-confidence.

I actually had never heard about it until someone on lemmy posted a screenshot. Probably op lol
Bought it on sale when build 42 was released, and I put about 50 hours in before I started modding the game. Then around 250-300 hours with various QOL mods and a couple that add different military vehicles.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great game! I love it. I just can’t really see myself playing another 300 hours without multi-player, or at least some kind of companion bot.
I’m sure there are tons of people who prefer solo experience, I just think that I would prefer a multi-player run with friends, or at least people who prefer being relatively close to other players for group defense while still doing their own thing…
It’s a solid 10/10 game for sure, whether you play solo or multiplayer

It’s like if someone grew up thinking the words “beautiful” and “gorgeous” were bad words that everyone hated, and keep calling things “beautiful” and when everyone else agrees and thinks the things they’re calling beautiful are a good thing, they step back to scratch their heads and decide to use “gorgeous” instead, thinking that will in any way help them in telling people they think the thing is bad.
A long time ago I found out that we pay a lot in taxes for Healthcare. I asked why we have to pay for Healthcare again, why don’t taxes pay for it? My dad said that was socialism. I asked why that’s bad and got sent to my room for arguing “it just is” isn’t a real answer. In hindsight it is a little funny how much my parents encouraged me to learn things and then got upset when I learned things and had independent thought.

Too much shit can be easily hidden behind layers of latex paint.
Unfortunately, I know from experience how much mold can be hidden by paint.

I liked this game well enough, but it’s clearly made to play with other people, and I have no friends who would be interested in playing. The only friends who even game anymore are a couple who play among us almost exclusively.
PZ build 42 would have been perfect for my friend group of 10 years ago.

Haven’t seen a movie in theaters in a long time, but I’d actually consider watching A Muppet Oddysey.
Only mildly related, I’d love to have a 90s Michael Caine, Tim Curry, and 2010s Danny DeVito all costarring in a muppet movie. The first two already proved they’ll give it 100% and act like it’s any other performance, and I think DeVito would as well.

I’d love to see a full production chain breakdown of disasters and their costs to clean up, for both fossil fuel and nuclear.
Most people’s issue is “ooh scary radiation!” without realizing you get more exposure to ionizing radiation by living near a coal fired power plant than a nuclear one. Fuck, you can take a swim in the reactor pool and if you’re under the surface away from the nuclear material, the water above you blocks the background radiation you’d be exposed to walking around on the surface.
