  I mean personally I would trust the rando who puts it up for free online more than I would trust epic games to make an accurate version, but like I said I don’t have enough of a memory to accurately judge. I also like that the online one doesn’t have ads or purchases.

  flappybird.io There’s one that seems functional. I never played the original more than once or twice so idk how accurate it is but it seems to match my memory.

  Yeah the spider verse movies were pretty fucking awesome, it’d be great to see like a punisher movie in that vein, or maybe the suicide squad movies would have been less terrible like that. Honestly I can see a lot of mid superhero movies being made wayyy better just by animating then instead.

  Idk man you’re right, cooked broccoli is still good even with the pubes but have you ever tried to eat a raw piece of broccoli by itself? I prefer raw veggies and the pubes are just intolerable to me personally. Even cooked I think the stalk is better but definitely when it’s raw I can’t stand the pubes.

  Ew I don’t understand pube eaters at all (with regards only to broccoli, I don’t always mind a nice bush). The broccoli florets or whatever are so dry and end up tasting bitter and just taking forever to eat. I only like the shaft but the shaft is probably better than cucumber in terms of a nice crispy veggie that you can just bite into and chew raw. Raw broccoli florets are inedible unless you have like a liter of ranch which kinda defeats the purpose.

  I would much rather pack my shit and get out than have to wait for the elderly/drunk/high school cashier to do everyone’s groceries and then do mine too. What a fucking waste that is.   I disagree that having a tripsitter present makes it not self-medication. If the substance isn’t being prescribed or administered by the third party, and they aren’t medical professionals then it’s still self-administered even if there’s a third party there. So then it becomes a question of intent. Why are they taking it? If it’s because it helps or treats some aspect of themselves that they are unhappy with then it’s medication. I’m genuinely curious why you’d think hallucinogens wouldn’t fit into that category, or if it’s just the presence of a trip sitter that you think negates the medicinal aspect.

  Amphetamine is speed, it’s not the same as meth and is prescribed alot for ADHD(or other similar chemicals). Meth actually can be prescribed for ADHD but isnt usually. Lots of undiagnosed people with ADHD self medicate with all kinds of stimulants, amphetamine, dexamphetamine, methylphenidate… Idk why you think they wouldn’t, these pills are widely available and for people without a prescription they offer the relief they need so badly so of course they’re gonna self medicate with them. I’ve known people who self medicated with caffeine pills or energy drinks if they didn’t have an alternative. I’d bet a lot of people who end up addicted to meth started out because it helped their neurodivergence.

  I really doubt anything so profound crossed his desk thst you could in any way say that it was responsible for his ideas. He might have been influenced slightly by things he saw but he just as easily could have had those ideas triggered by some other stimulus. His brain just worked differently, it allowed him to see the patterns and numerical relationships that no one else could. Give me one example of some technology from the early 1900s that was so paradigm shifting that it could have influenced relativity? I guarantee almost every patent he saw was trash.

  Theres literally an option in the linux mint installer to just wipe the drive and install, and it creates all partitions for you, if you dont understand what a partition is. You literally dont have to do anything except click the bubble and choose next.

  If you want like a mixed drink or a pop out of a glass while lying on the couch or in bed a straw is useful too, thats the only time i ever use them. My fiance likes a ton of ice in everything she drinks so she uses our metal straws for everything. I still prefer drinking out a can or a bottle with a screw on cap for most things when im lying down.

  Unless something is REALLY funny or unexpected, i personally don’t really laugh anyway. Especially with a meme or online post, my brain just kinda goes ‘ah thats funny’. This can happen just as easily after a joke has been explained, or if i have to look something up for context. Once i have the context my brain still goes ‘ah thats funny’ and now ive stimulated my curiousity AND my humor.
