No, that’s a jpeg representation on your screen of a photo of a rock.
capybara@lemm.ee 2 days ago
It’s a jpeg representation on your screen of a photo of a rock which you probably have observed with your eyes

Ce n’est pas un rocher
Shardikprime@lemmy.world 1 day ago
I have to say it. That’s a really nice rock.
Well rounded
Uniform oval shape
Well distributed grain
Minimal color invariance
Pauli’s exclusion principle compliant
Higher than average support threshold
Aerodynamic
Hydrodynamic
No moss (that’s always a plus)
No visible cracks, dents or imperfections
Negative wobblyness
3 dimensional
Positive spinniness
Nice all around silicate spectrum
Higher than average (if not more) cold-handling potential
High end projectile index (above 0.95, that’s factoring window breaking potential)
Maximally grind factor (>0.82, that’s garlic grade)
Nutcracker performance with tolerable parameters
Accurate weather predictor (Fast drying is most)
Gravitationally bound to Earth system
Free range Baryonic matter contents
All around a solid, great pick. Only needs a banana for scale but thanks to the ±wow factor(i number values) any size variation would just only make it better
Rate: 5/7
7/7 with rice
Bro Rating: 🧢 🧢 🧢 🧢 🧢
Judgement: 👍
Quadhammer@lemmy.world 1 day ago
I hate that rock. I dont even think its not man made. Fake ass dumb rock
ReiRose@lemmy.world 21 hours ago
Why is moss bad?!
Shardikprime@lemmy.world 12 hours ago
It’s not bad but has been deprecated since the 1987 US Solar system survey review from the 87-608 reports from Brown, Janet L., Framework and sedimentary moss patterns of the Rock Formations on Sol III

It’s a stone!!
hedge_lord@lemmy.world 2 days ago
Did you think I’d just accept that at face value? Do you take me for a fool? That is an egg! You’ve painted it to look like a rock because you are afraid that I will steal it. You thought I would think it was a rock. But it is an egg.
hedge_lord@lemmy.world 2 days ago
To all the people in my DMs, don’t tell me that it’s a roc egg. It’s not. A roc would have a much larger egg that would be brown in colouration. And it would smell minty, which this one does not. No, this is clearly just a mundane egg painted to look like a rock.
hedge_lord@lemmy.world 2 days ago
When I said it was a mundane egg I just meant that it was an egg. I didn’t know that it would be full of crabs. But it’s still an egg! It’s a mundane egg that happened to be packed with crabs of varying sizes and colourations.

Stony stone stoning
letsgo@lemm.ee 1 day ago
The scale isn’t too clear from the image but it looks more like a pebble to me.
AlbertSpangler@lemmings.world 1 day ago
Oh that’s such a typical response from the kind of person in the subgroup I have now mentally assigned you to based off my preconceptions about anyone who gives descriptions of that stone that differ from mine!

Looks more like a stone to me.
Dorkyd68@lemmy.world 2 days ago
I’m sorry but you have no pint of refrence! No banana to scale. Could be a large stone
SimpleMachine@sh.itjust.works 2 days ago
It’s apparently igneous, so you could use grain size. Based on that, probably around the size of a baseball. I’m going with ‘large stone’ lol
sailorzoop@lemmy.librebun.com 2 days ago
Could be a giant boulder
JustAnotherKay@lemmy.world 2 days ago
That’s actually a pebble, not a rock
jimmux@programming.dev 2 days ago
Pebbles are small enough to fit in your mouth. This is clearly a stone.
prime_number_314159@lemmy.world 2 days ago
Pretty sure stones have to weigh 14 pounds…
hungryphrog@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 day ago
How can you know?? Have you tried putting this one in your mouth?
chrisgpz@lemmy.world 2 days ago
Obviously, that is a photograph of a stone.
hungryphrog@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 day ago
What if it’s a hyper realistic drawing of a stone? Checkmate atheists.
SneakyWeasel@lemmy.ca 1 day ago
Its actually nothing like this rock. This is just a trubute!
merdaverse@lemmy.world 1 day ago
The rock was clearly designed by an omnipotent God, and can’t be the product of chance
Scott_of_the_Arctic@lemmy.world 1 day ago
It’s clearly a rock coloured silicone egg for people with an oviposition fetish.
