Off the top of my head, I think there might be a famous effeminate gay man that vaguely looked like that, and upon using reverse image search, I learned that this is James Charles, who is indeed a famous effeminate gay man, and a YouTuber.

Gonna say a pretty popular opinion on here and get down voted to hell, but I don’t care about fake interest points.
While I do agree with the general sentiment on here, I get incredibly tired of this mob mentality. It’s like if you have any minority opinion you’re treated like some evil piece of shit.
Yeah, I don’t agree with Ed Sheeran, but Jesus Christ he doesn’t need to be black listed into oblivion because of one unpopular opinion. Does anyone even know WHY he has that opinion? I doubt there’s a single person on here who doesn’t have some unpopular opinion about something, and if you don’t, you are full of shit and just parroting the most popular opinions around you so you fit in.
