Punching up is mostly courageous rebellious and poetic satire on higher ups and their policies, Punching down is mainly spiteful and egregious hack comedy. But I think mixing them together to point out the deficiency and incompetence and straight up selfishness of some people and how people with power tend to manipulate and ridicule them while they cavern and bow down to their knees like with Always Sunny South Park and WKUK should classify as morally acceptable comedy.
Punch Up not down but if you do Punch Down make sure it also comes across as Punching up to the people in power and those less fortunate who either bow to them or think they’re highly privileged and tend to punch down themselves.
Pretty sure that’s what Don Rickles and George Carlin made their careers out of.

Daniel Radcliffe isnt as talented or even remotely attractive as everyone says.
JK Rowling is a POS shrew and all and she deserves to be prosecuted for her many actions but generally I think Daniel Radcliffe is a very mediocre at best actor and a complete sellout that would put Shane Gillis and Metallica to shame.
Also he’s considering letting his own son watch the HBO Harry Potter show without even hesitation, he’s pretty much a Judas to trans people.
Doubling down on your beliefs and giving money to terfs is no ethical way to entertain you own kid.

I joined Lemmy because Reddit got my IP Address banned over things I didn’t even say or do. They won’t even let me appeal it or listen to my verdict.
