I’m a casual husmanskost enjoyer, but I’ve never heard of anyone claiming it to be one of the best cuisines out there.

It has the salt, the umami, the sour in brilliant combinations and it leaves you fed in a distinct way compared to other foods! You just want to lay down and rest on the food afterwards which you don’t get from many other cuisines 😎

D or G because those both can grow coffee.
Tough call though.
D is lots of different Chinese regional dishes: Shanghai style, south China styles, Xi’an Muslim styles, and all the different dumplings; Vietnamese food, Thai food, Indian food, Aussie and New Zealand wines, Aussie steaks, New Zealand lamb, Malay, Indonesian dishes, Cebu BBQ, plus Lebanese and Persian food. That is a lot of variety.
G gets you New Orleans dishes, California wine, Cali tacos, Tex Mex, southeastern USA BBQ, Low Country Boil, Mexican food, Caribbean food, central American, chocolate, and I am guessing Hawaiian dishes.
And now I’m hungry.

I must choose the very unpopular “B”, for the sole reason that rest of the world is seemingly unable or unwilling to make proper sourdough rye bread. It is very, very delicious.

American here who learned the forbidden arts of fresh made whole grain sourdough. Ive never eaten store bought bread the same. It really is like a whole new food. First time I tried it I knew I had to learn to make it.
The Norwegians also have this crisp bread knekkebrod that every American i know think it tastes bland but I love them. I have considered life in Europe due to the fact they still have real bread readily available.
The only other things in this category for me are chinese fresh made hand pulled noodles (Biang Biang Mian is a good one) and garden ripened tomatoes. Sounds like a great excuse to do a tour of European China towns.

My list will be biased towards brazil, but I’d suggest trying tapioca, moqueca, churrasco, farofa, empadão, escondidinho, pão de queijo, broa, boliho de aipim, brigadeiro, paçoca, açai, pé de moleque, pé de moça, beijinho. That’s what came to my mind, but there are a lot more. And also, it’s hard to explain our culinary to others, because it’s not just about the food, it’s much more, like how it’s prepared, how we eat (we tend to eat together and socialize in these moments, people invite others to eat, etc) how we eat the good stuff like on a daily basis, and not just on special events, etc.
And to pay respects to our friends, you will also find great food in west africa, argentina, chile, and all of south america!

“Israeli food” is a marketing gimmick for coopted Palestinian cuisine. Taking Palestinian dishes and throwing in Ashkenazi / Eastern European items does not a national cuisine make.
It’s part of the settler colonial project to erase Palestinian national identity.

Wouldn’t be a problem. G includes the West Indies places like Trinidad which has plenty of food that originated in India. So not the full list of all Indian food but it is perfectly real and not some crappy fusion restaurant knock off.
Results of the British colonial era bringing a lot of people from India after ending the official slave trade and still wanting people to work plantations. So they switched from literally slavery to the not quite but still awful indentured service. The British would get the lowest social groups in India that functionally couldn’t own property in India to sign contracts for many years of work in exchange for a 1 room shack and a micro plot of land of their own.
