  To me there’s no comparison. Bush Jr. is responsible for a million Iraqi civilian deaths. As much as people wish it were so, Trump doesn’t hold a candle to that (yet).

  I’m savvy when it comes to games but if I needed something for my car, for example, I’m just as stupid as the rest of the herd. These companies prey on this fact to take everything to the lowest common denominator.

  I’ve recently been playing Tales of Maj’Eyal and it’s such a nice vibe. There’s an in-game chat for people just going about playing their single-player adventures, generally filled with kind and intelligent people. The game is complex enough that being able to ask questions in the chat is a nice option.

  For me it’s the N64. I know it’s a slightly dubious pick, but there’s something alluring about the beginning of 3D graphics. No one knew what they were doing yet and it produced some of the most lovable jank.

  Europeans don’t get roasted nearly enough for slaughtering 50k of its citizens per year due to inadequate cooling. Compare that to 1200 in the USA.

  It’s like a meat grinder over there, and yet they endlessly harp on problems in other countries that kill far fewer people.
