“public domain” sounds naughty, too, though
he did live in a pineapple…

The next time my best friend calls me a slut (fairly common occurrence), I’ll be informing him that I am Public Domain.

You’re just licensed under the GNU General Public License, it’s not your fault you get passed around!
NoneOfUrBusiness@fedia.io 1 month ago
Even "fair use" is on the borderline.

Stop shaming the rest of us for not knowing your kinks.
Let us be vanilla as fuck in peace.
andros_rex@lemmy.world 1 month ago
You’re the one calling yourself an “object” …
ivanafterall@lemmy.world 1 month ago
Nobody who’s not looking for a licking calls themselves vanilla imo.
panda_abyss@lemmy.ca 1 month ago
No, it’s a verb! Like I object!
agamemnonymous@sh.itjust.works 1 month ago
Yet you knew that “freeuse” can refer to a kink. A vanilla person would have assumed they were talking about copyright.
yermaw@sh.itjust.works 1 month ago
He knows it now
TwistedTurtle@sh.itjust.works 1 month ago
But my kink is sharing my kinks. Stop kink shaming.
panda_abyss@lemmy.ca 1 month ago
I didn’t give consent to be a part of your kink
Squirrelanna@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 month ago
I didn’t see much shaming going on, just confusion.

If not free use, why all the holes?
tacosanonymous@mander.xyz 1 month ago
I mean it only sounds nasty if you’re a fucking degen. But with that many holes, it’s still a question worth asking.

AI slop. Look at the names
raze2012@lemmy.world 1 month ago
The post is real. I think they Ai slop was just a weird censorship technique.
Now, whether or not the users on Reddit are bots getting freaky on main is a different question altogether…

Interesting

This mostly looks like the AI-powered remove/redact tool in preview on macos. It is actually quite good when used correctly, I have good experience blurring screens in photos with it.
vantablack@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 month ago
ugh fuck
this exchange is so funny. i wanted to repost it to my mastodon instance. but i’m not reposting fucking AI slop. we have rules against that
what the fuck was even the point of bothering to mangle this image in that way? how is feeding it through an LLM somehow EASIER than drawing black squares in MS paint?
fuck! i fucking hate this shit
fracture@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 month ago
gotchu, i also wanted to share it lol

What is misleading about this. Someone spell it out for me.
raze2012@lemmy.world 1 month ago
anyways, freeuse is kinda what it says on the tin. “Free” to “use” the person wherever, whenever. if they’re relaxig in bed, while they are doing the dishes, outside gardening the plants, while asleep. Usually has some overlap with the ignoring kink where they try to just go about their day and pretend they aren’t being railed ruthlessly.
banause@feddit.org 1 month ago
Free use is a kink. And “old enough” is like they are asking whether they can expand rule 34.
some_random_nick@lemmy.world 1 month ago
Freeuse is a porn category
HeyJoe@lemmy.world 1 month ago
It’s still a silly question because who would even think SpongeBob would be close to public domain anyway. It’s the lifetime of the creator plus 70 years. Were no where close to this ever happening and the only stuff we are even seeing now are crazy old.
kryptonianCodeMonkey@lemmy.world 1 month ago
To know enough about copyright to be concerned about it using a character IP in your works but to know so little about it as to think maybe SpongeBob has entered the public domain by now is a very very narrow subsection of people.
ILikeBoobies@lemmy.ca 1 month ago
1999, it’s been around for longer than a lot of people’s lives.
kryptonianCodeMonkey@lemmy.world 1 month ago
Don’t say 1999 like that is a long time ago. Also, there’s only like 30 people that were alive when most things finally entering the public domain came out. If anyone over the age of 7 thinks that Steamboat Willie and SpongeBob are remotely comparable in age, they have no sense at all.

Nubile twink opens all his holes
JustTheWind@lemmy.world 1 month ago
Is SpongeBob freeuse? Link him the MeatCanyon video. You know the one.
ChaoticNeutralCzech@feddit.org 1 month ago
Reminder that Steamboat Willie (1928) was scheduled to enter public domain in 1986 (or 1955 if not renewed)
FilthyShrooms@lemmy.world 1 month ago
He’s got enough holes for everyone
psycho_driver@lemmy.world 1 month ago
Is it misleading though?
