I consider myself fairly bleeding edge; I absolutely love all things new, especially if they are novel. However, I have never really seen the point in upgrading anything after just a year or two. If there is even any improvement at all, it’s never enough to justify spending money on it. You’re not going to be left behind just because the new device is 0.01℅ faster in 3 specific edge cases.

I literally haven’t been drug tested at any job where I wasn’t operating heavy machinery except when I got a job on that cruiseship. But I mean… I would count it under the machinery thing anyway, because as a crewman I am still responsible for the safety of passengers in an emergency (and would also rotate on active fire duty). It’s not like I could get weed on the ship anyway 🤷♂️

This actually makes me wonder if uploads as posts are even deleted if the post itself is removed. I sure haven’t seen any options as a moderator at least that would allow me to remove an upload itself, so if you keep the URL of an image you upload to the instance, that url is likely still valid.

It’s pretty much every game. Actions taken against bigotry and hate speech are entirely automated and based on how many reports happen in X amount of time.
This is another reason why they need to go back to letting players run their own dedicated servers. At least even the power tripping admins that might ban you for being better at the game generally were also against hate speech.
