  I go to sleep at 1 (plus socks and sometimes a hoodie)

  I wake up at 20

  Sometimes I wake up warm and strip a layer or two off. But I’ve been like this my whole life so I usually don’t even wake up when clothes start coming off.

  I don’t sleep-walk, I sleep-strip.

  And I’m VERY careful about where I fall asleep.

    Man, I had an uncle that would routinely go 5 around his cottage. He always wore an oversized shirt that would cover his bits, but still. Weird dude.

  Under a blanket. In any weather. I have cold urticaria, where if my skin feels even the slight chill of cool sheets, it assumes I must be under attack and deploys just enough histamines to make me feel itchy and keep me from sleeping. It fucking sucks. I’ve just barely learned to cope with it.

      As a scandinavian who have spent many nights in Texas, I don’t think I’ve ever worn anything else than 20 while sleeping. Too warm, hotel with ndows don’t open (why??) and the bedding is too layered.

  I’m a 1 or 6. I like wearing a bra when I’m awake but I always remove it to sleep. Considering how most women apparently hate bras no matter the circumstances I’m surprised to see so many bra options and none for long sleeves or socks or even hats, all of which I’ve also slept in
