  If it’s inflatable, seems like they could just shoot it.

  Really safest option would be to wait for it to get caught somewhere and puncture it with a blade. But we know cops like guns and also this didn’t happen.

    Depends.

    If you’re deciding whether something is an aircraft or a spacecraft:100 kilometers above mean sea level AKA the Kármán line,

    If you’re in the US military and want to technically be an astronaut, it’s 80km

    Either way, probably a bit high for a pumpkin to jump 😁
