Someone talked to him about Japan right before, wires got crossed. Biden did the same thing with some head of state, and people overreacted to that, too. Of all the dumb shit he says, this is a weird thing to make a big deal of.

Compared with other nonsense he’s said, it lends itself to very clear visual jokes which can be shared easily. Also, it’s not like the other nonsense isn’t made a big deal out of for a day or two at least, this one is just the freshest. Covfefe is still around.

And yet, Republicans gave Biden shit about being senile for his entire term for making dumb mistakes like that, calling for him to be impeached over his declining mental health.
We’re just taking every opportunity to point out the hypocrisy. Obviously no Republican would ever break rank to impeach Trump even if he really were senile.

Fun fact: headscarf/hijab on woman is mere recommendation, but it’s the men that push such recommendation to be a mandatory(like what happened to Iran). So yall who ask “no hijab” kinda play into the conservative hand.

Not sure where i said or mean that, but if it’s not clear enough: men are already pushing it to be mandatory, people who ignorant about the religion will joke about woman not wearing hijab, further helps the conservative pushing the agenda.
I have no idea what IRJ is so i’ll default my answer to no.

The other day, the dumpster fire got his geography and international knowledge confused, calling Iran the 'islamic Republic of Japan. I believe as he was discussing the violating of the ceasefire the other day, but I could be getting my international incidents confused, there have been so many lately.

Traditionally Islam prohibited the depiction of any living forms (Allah’s copyright or something like that), which is why traditional Islamic art and architecture lean so heavily into geometric patterns.

Source? I’m a middle aged Muslim and this is definitely the first time I’ve heard for this. Islam only prohibits religious iconography due to the whole idolatry thing. But no hard rules exist in the Quran. Also Hadith is quite debatable compared to Quranic verse.
