In SmartLife app the dial will need to hover toward the number slowly and have to stop, where the selected number then turn bold before it consider the number selected, else it will just select the previous number if you do it fast enough.

In my country, they will just ship it with a plastic envelope, as courier will charge based on dimension as well as weight so a small card shipped in this way will be the same price as a box-full of labubu or something.

C&D is part of the SLAPP suits strategy, and isn’t really about legal or not, it’s intimidation until someone give up due to the legal fee of fighting said lawsuit. It happened to Yuzu.

- Comment on We're going backwards 1 month ago:
Airbnb used to be about renting your room for short stay, nowadays it’s renting the whole unit/house, so the price reflect that. Then there’s also cleaning fee that usually around 30%/40% of the total price, which then they demand you to clean the place before leaving. They also jack up the price after covid. It might worth it if you have a big group, but for 1 or 2 persons hotel is still the best option.

They did use AB testing, and some of their video thumbnail and title did have that sort of combination when the AB test is in effect. The best one imo is still the fresh upload, which then youtube will cycle all the thumbnail and then end up with the one that got the most click. If you pay attention to it when they first upload then a day later then a few days then a week, it will usually cycle from good to really bad then finally end in bad as their forever thumbnail and title.

If you want to know if this YouTube channel is of any value whatsoever, click on the channel, then click on videos, and take a look at every video thumbnail and title, and you’ll have your answer.
This actually kicks out Veritasium for having no value, and i have a long standing issue with Derek. I like Veritasium, it’s a valuable channel that is entertaining and educational, but Derek is a sellout for a)knowing how bad clickbait is, talk about it in one of his older video, but continue to engage with it, which got even worst recent year; b) sold Veritasium to private equity, which explains why the shitbait is so so bad recently.
