She was a bad candidate, basically a bad clone of Biden and we can see who won and who didn’t. Americans are not that smart and they only care about the president. Everyone else they vote purely on blue or red lines regardless.

Let’s be honest. It wasn’t because of any leftist that she lost. It’s because she is a woman of color. Racism and misogyny is very well alive and has power in the USA. If they put another white man with the exact some politics then trump would have lost. Everyone wants to argue over silly points missing the clear truth of how backwards and messed up the USA still is.

I’m guessing the shell is made from gelatin or something? Which is made from animal bones. I can’t think of what else would be made from animal.

Also I just noticed that the borders no longer line up and it looks like there is ocean in between which isn’t the case. So I shows the size more accurately but is not useable as a map really.

How can it be the true size if it’s still a projection on a 2d surface? I thought could only see the true size on a 3d globe.

True, they can be a useful tool. One of the big things that really annoy me is how they are being pushed as a solve everything miracle rather than just a tool that is useful in certain cases.
I guess that isn’t as profitable and they have to push it on everyone for things it does poorly just in the name of forcing widespread adoption.

I still really doubt the ability for LLMs to develop new knowledge and experiment to prove its accuracy. They do a below average job at spitting out existing knowledge but creating new information that isn’t already on Wikipedia or elsewhere on the internet is something else beyond their scope.

10 out of a 1000 to 30ish out of a 1000 doesn’t even seem like a massive increase, especially if it’s really due to something like a pain medication that is taken by a huge population. Which it’s not as it’s more related to improvements in diagnosing.
I guess they are just hoping people see bar go up and therefore bad.
