I used to tell people it’s a movie that switches genres halfway through. Movie leads you to believe you know who the bad guy is, convincing you it may be a sci-fi slasher film. Then the sun(s) go down. Now it’s an entirely different type of horror film. It really is a unique fun movie and I have yet to find another one similar.

Yes, generalizations are usually bad, and there are exceptions to literally any group. Doesn’t mean it’s a myth. The term wouldn’t exist if it was a myth, and wouldn’t be so widely used if there wasn’t a large amount of truth attached to it. I’m also not discrediting the issues we have with corpo bullshit. Thats obviously it’s own issue, but I will point out that part of the reason corp interests are in our politics at all is again because of the same group voting in the ability for lobbying by those corps.
- Comment on Something something far-left 2 weeks ago:
It’s not a myth. If it wasn’t so disgustingly true across the board I’d be in agreement. Class war over generational and all that, but I’ll also call out the systems and people that are actively (STILL) shitting all over progress. Their generation is at fault in large part to why we’re so utterly fucked and continue to be (see Reagan). The majority of our gov is run by geriatric fucks that refuse to align with their constituents and cling on to their positions until they’re literally in wheel chairs. Those are fucking boomers. They’re in charge still, and they’re the ones holding the reins on voting in any iota of progress in any number of categories, one being minimum wage. Fuck them.

Yeah they went through all the hoops, kid was his. Custody wasn’t a thing due to distance and being estranged for so long. Idk, you’d think something would be in the system to prevent it but it exists. Thankfully it didn’t cause issues with his current wife, and obviously his kids knowing didn’t need to be a thing. Basically just picked up a bill. Really is disgusting, and the chick that did it had like 2 or 3 kids, all different dads. So yeah, genetic scammer I guess?

I get what you’re stating. 8 think there’s a point to be made on the financial implications in a male rape as well. If the dude is unconscious and raped, if it ends in a pregnancy unknown to the man, woman decides to keep it, she then has a free ticket to get the guy for 18 years of child support. I say this because it happened to a good friend of mine. Woman didn’t reach out until the kid was 16, boom, garnished wages for back child support. Completely fucked his financial stability, and the dude was married with 3 kids. Never knew the woman or the kid, literally lived on the other side of the US. There’s definitely some improvements that could be made to the current systems.

Horror/action: Dead Space FPS/time manipulation: Singularity Factory/combat(optional): Dyson Sphere Project
Singularity still stands up as it’s graphics are decent. Super cheap on GoG. Dead Space if you get the original would be cheap. HD remaster would be more. If you love factory games but have never played DSP god damn do I wish I was you. Recommend playing without combat enabled on first run to just enjoy how gorgeous the game is and to help with learning everything before throwing in combat management

Nice post man! Played this when it was originally released and had a bit of fun both by myself and playing coop. Definitely a solid game.

Ubisoft has really been screwing the pooch recently though. Like overall as a company. Their CEO has been repeatedly shooting himself in the foot saying dumb shit about being okay about not owning your games, etc. Idk, guess I’m just pessimistic.

Thank you! I know you’ve been told plenty of times by others, but it should always be said: I greatly enjoy these and appreciate the time you put into them!
As for what I’ve been playing: Pacific Drive released an update for ‘Endlesd Expeditions’. It wasn’t exactly what I was hoping, but I actually ended up greatly enjoying it. I believe the additional Story for it may be bugged as I’ve done close to 15 runs with no voice likes from Francis, but been a blast anyway.
I also tried the play test for a game called Little Rocket Lab. If you’re a fan of Stardew Valley and factory type games I highly recommend giving it a go!

First, it’s the internet, you can cuss. Either structure the sentence not to include it at all or just cuss for fuck’s sake. Second, not everyone knows every actor/actress or is familiar, especially one that’s definitely not in the limelight anymore like Ashley Judd. Hell even when she was popular she wasn’t in a lot.

Dude this is insane. First I feel like you’d be more prone to falling over or something? Like top heavy?? But on the other hand you can probably go up most stairs without feeling like you’re about to fall to your death. I have average foot size for my height and all stairs I have to be on my tip toes. Honestly have wished I had smaller feet many times in my life. Thanks for sharing! Not something I ever thought was a thing.

I’d actually never heard this angle but sounds legit. Cutting corners sounds pretty typical of talking head yltyoes that want to try to cut costs no matter what.

I’ll be honest I find the ray tracing shit s gimmick that eats up too much resource. I’d much rather just have some awesome games to play, with good looks or not. PC gaming for me has always been about variety anyway. The console looking better never meant anything.

I get there’s a bit of biterness here, but speaking as an older millennial this was my experience as well. Feminism created a weird gap of women becoming strong and independent, but with some meant ‘im not going to do traditional fem, but expect you to do traditional man’ with no compromise. I ended up finding a wonderful woman and we both split everything, but it took me 20 years.
- Comment on Anon is worried about men 2 months ago:
Honestly, I get it’s a free text, but this is pretty easily explained. First off: dating is fucking expensive, and unfortunately standard gender roles means the dude foots the bill most of the time. Yes times are changing, but that’s still pretty standard. Pair that with the fact that dudes usually have to make the first move (again, old gender standards) and the fact that social media adds another layer of risk of being ridiculed or making someone viral because they were ‘crimge’ or ‘gave the girl the ick’ and it’s a pretty stacked deck. Hell, point one is such a strong weigh in that it’s enough to explain all of it. People are more broke than ever, and if dating by default involves going out, well guess that date isn’t going to happen.

Dude the ads on menu shit is horrific. I loaded up DOOM 2016 the other day and literally the menu, in the fucking game, is a selector between the game I installed and a selector for DOOM Dark Ages that I don’t own. What the fuck. This is why I hate games being always online even if strictly multiplayer. That game is damn near a decade old and theyre shoving updates to it just in hopes of sales. /rant

I feel like the animated movie ‘Bad Guys’ kind of encomappses this. They’re a ‘ride or die’ crew that is bad, at least at the beginning. It’s a good movie I recommend a watch.
