  The thing about zootopia is that nobody is fucking outside their species. So perhaps the happy ending for Officer Hopps and Mr Foxxy here would be to find a mate in each of their respective species.

  Also, how do they produce meala for the carnivores in Zootopia?

      The second movie also shows non-sapient animals exist so they are likely eating meat (and milk) from regular, non anthro animals.

      All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.
