  The reason for diaheraherhae is largely caused by some sort of enterotoxin or physically by a microorganism (I forget the name, but there is a bacteria that uses its flagella to create a sort of hill out of your intestinal tract so it has better access to nutrients) and your body is using all of it’s water to flush it out.
