He might not have caused it, but he sure is claiming to have.

I like the caption for this of “How to spot the poly morphed dragon”

I would argue, that the reason why the cat choose this spot is partially because it is the deepest spot, eliminating the uncomfortable slope it would have if it sat 1 meter to the right. Thus there is a causation, the roof shape causes the cat to sit at this spot.
lugal@lemmy.dbzer0.com 12 hours ago
The causation could also be that the cat jumped from below and therefore the lowest point is the easiest to reach
m532@lemmygrad.ml 8 hours ago
Or the cat is liquid and fluided towards at the lowest point
Deconceptualist@leminal.space 8 hours ago
There was previously a boulder in that spot, but the cat pushed it off the ledge.

Garfield needs to go on another diet
YaDownWitCPP@lemmy.world 13 hours ago
That cat’s still responsible for this some how.
Thordros@hexbear.net 12 hours ago
I’m pretty sure that roof is corrugated, not correlated.
cobysev@lemmy.world 11 hours ago
That’s definitely a dragon in disguise. Looks like a cat to mortal eyes, but weights a helluva lot more.
667@lemmy.radio 12 hours ago
It’s a Neutron Cat.
booty@hexbear.net 12 hours ago
False, that fatass fuckin cat definitely caused that dent
SpaceNoodle@lemmy.world 12 hours ago
Bullshit, cats can increase their mass at will
Gormadt@lemmy.blahaj.zone 8 hours ago
I agree, my source? Every time I try to lift a cat off of my lap or off of a surface they’re not supposed to be on.
phoenixz@lemmy.ca 12 hours ago
Can I have a few more pixels with that?
RizzRustbolt@lemmy.world 6 hours ago
Dense Cat will destroy us all!
Asafum@feddit.nl 13 hours ago
This is perfect because at first glance you’d think wow that’s a heavy cat, it broke the roof!
In reality though it’s a normal weight cat that has been traveling through space at 40,000mph and rocketed through the atmosphere crashing into the roof.
danc4498@lemmy.world 13 hours ago
That would be catastrophic.
SeductiveTortoise@piefed.social 10 hours ago
cat ass trophy?
SchmidtGenetics@lemmy.world 12 hours ago
I have a feline we would be fine.
MajorMajormajormajor@lemmy.ca 13 hours ago
That would be impawsible to survive for anything but a cat.
WalrusDragonOnABike@reddthat.com 13 hours ago
And a cat could only survive it 8 times.
Asafum@feddit.nl 13 hours ago
Cats already like heat, but on entering the atmosphere they convert to their liquid form and their heat capacity increases greatly! Since they’re now liquid the impact doesn’t affect them as much either! Cats really are amazing.
