Went out for dinner last night, got a porterhouse. Some drinks, more drinks at another bar. Aldi beer.
Then I promptly fell asleep at 11pm.
Itâs fun when my partnerâs birthday is within 10 days of mine đ he is my best friend, I love how we can make each other laugh.

Moved some biggish bits of bluestone yesterday. Feeling that today. 2 more to go. One of them is about 1.5m long 30cm wide and 20cm high. Chuckinâ it in a bluestone slab weight calculator itâs over 250kgs lol.
Not sure what to do with the big one (or how to move it safely). Tempted to bury it a bit, upright in the middle of the lawn as a sort of a space odyssey monolith thing for no reason.
I vote for mini-Stonehenge. If you have round poles could you roll it on several of those?

My brain just does not compute budgeting that way. I budget on my fortnightly pay cycle, with monthly and yearly payments averaged out.
Same. A fortnight is a fortnight, every bill or estimated bill gets divided into fortnightly payments even if itâs $3 per fortnight. Getting paid 3 times a month makes no difference at all to my accounting/budgetingâŠ
I just run a spreadsheet. Pay1 on X pay 2 on Y, reoccurring bills all colourcoded in accordance to what pay cycle purview they land in + half a mortgage payment = total for that pay. Subtract ones with PAID next to them from the total for a running idea of how much moneys I need to have before next pay rolls in
I plotted this out in calendars when I got paid fortnightly as well. It feels good knowing its happening but I wish my bank account felt the difference more

Canât sleep, too hot, angry angry angry at having my work schedule upended last minute and not having the time I really needed and now running behind on things again. Forced back out into site visits when I had other stuff to do and planned everything ahead of time. I am firmly putting my foot down next time.

Had an awful nightmare about someone from my past and woke up to see that theyâd tried to call me at 3:45am (number is blocked, but it shows in my call log). I sent them a polite email âthis makes me very uncomfortable, please stop. Also Iâm blocking your email address, so do not reply.â I donât know if that was the right course of action, but Iâm just⊠I just donât want to see their name in my call log any more. They try and call a couple of times a month and I know itâs not for anything and theyâll always just say âit was an accidentâ or âI saw a bit of news you might be interested inâ. Omg just stop.
Feeling better now but I think Iâll work from home today just to make sure everything is cleared from my system. The last thing you need before a week of is losing a day and a half to sickness

They seemed to like the drawn tutorial (with the original video credited of course) so I whacked up part 2 - someone followed them both and posted their results. There you go. Iâve made my first few tutorials and kinda become a teacher to others.
Now to actually learn how to draw myself and not teach people bad habits đ€Ș
I managed to get another weeks worth of antibiotics which will hold me til I can see my regular gp.
I feel heavy as lead and like Iâve been beaten by a sack of hammers. The anxiety has been bad today too which can be the low phosphate. The phosphate supplement has to be ordered in and costs $70-ishâŠ
I could have just tried to supplement at home with a dark fizzy drink containing phosphoric acid (ie. Pepsi, coke, root beer or Dr Pepper) but canât have the caffeine they usually contain. I would have to buy a more expensive syrup online and mix it with generic carbonated water.
Just got a âhow and why to vote liberalâ flyer in the mailbox. There are two candidates in my seat - a Labor and a Green. Good work on the analytics there fellas.
