I had a good 9 hours of sleep.
Took about 30 minutes to get moving this morning. Managed a nice walk in the sun, which kind of gave me energy.

My illness really wrecked me for the initial week. Second week just a lot of coughing and mucus. Pretty much passed it now, but still get a cough attack here and there.

Was looking forward to a nap and managed 15 minutes. Nothing woke me up, that’s just how long I slept.

I’ve been feeling iffy since Monday. No chills or body aches, but like an oncoming cold/flu thing. So far only a bit of a cough and a bit of tiredness.
Got my flu shot 6 weeks ago as well, hoping it’s keeping the virus at bay.
