I do use it for pain relief and to feel good overall. Weekends only, or when body aches get the better of me during the week.

I get most, if not all, of my work done by 11 am each day. Afternoon is dedicated to catching up on tv shows etc.
Anything comes up work related, it gets done straight away.
It’s a good way to avoid boredom :)
