Dead easy
Garlic Ginger Basic bitch curry powder. I’m just using Keen’s, use any you like. Onion or onion adjacent. I used a shallot because it was only one serve Sweat this/cook this down in butter, then add
Sweet potato. Half of, to serve one Handful of cherry tomatoes, assorted Dinky little tin of chickpeas Handful of spinach Cook down over low heat, slowly.
Splash of full cream milk to finish it, as I didn’t have cream or coconut
