Its tough when we want something different but don’t have the self confidence or time to put yourself out there. I’m 4 months into a 6 month secondment. There is word that the PD is being rewritten to an ongoing position with more hours if I want it. If I can make that change, you can too!

Put the selection criteria and some of your key words into chat gpt. Don’t use what it produces word for word, but let it help you build your application. I hadn’t written an application in 20+ years but it got me the position.
