I travel a fair bit and mostly have it down. But I will never get over the existential crisis of carry-on only or small checked luggage. My inner competive gremlin wants to see how small I can go, and my middle aged bones want an extra comfy jumper even though I’m only going for three days. I did. And I kinda made it up. Onion, garlic, veg, tinned tomatoes and various spices and herbs in the pressure cooker. Enough for meatloaf or to go over beans or pasta or whatever.
