100%, I haven’t put in the effort yet but this is my plan too. A second bathroom for the second bedroom even better – just in case a housemate becomes necessary. An apartment won’t appreciate like the money will but the benefits of a place you own are significant too.

The latest Windows build fixes the details view in File Explorer, filenames show proper units (KB, MB, GB) instead of it all being in KB. They must be digging into some ancient code for that.

When I need it, I pick up Wagner Ferro-Sustain (cheap and relatively kind to the gut) and Cenovis Kids Vitamin C (250mg is enough to complement the iron without causing much further upset on an empty stomach).
