One of the stranger things I’ve noticed on beach walks is the food that gets washed up. Whole fruit and vegetables. Maybe they fall off boats and ships and are not eaten by fish. Yesterday I saw a whole perfect pomegranate on the beach. odd

yay, I have finished the painting. Now just to do to two more drawer liners, buff the paint with some brown paper to get the sheen patterns off and then tidy up. 😊
fuck, that was not an easy job, I first spent a week cleaning 70 years of yellow gunk from smoke from all the furniture, sanded everything, then had to do four coats to cover the white enamel. I also repainted the brass drawer handles in a silver gold paint . It might take a month for all the paint to fully cure.
I have wrecked two pairs of jeans with paint and my new slippers, luckily they were old jeans and cheap slips.
My new desk is huge but then I remembered I got it to do art work on , for big pieces of paper, so that’s cool. Think I’ll repolish it before I use it. 😊

4th coat of paint on the 2nd bedside table finished and the brushes and stuff cleaned up
tomorrow it’s touch ups, finish lining the drawers, clean the mirror and then most of whole suite is done 😊
I’ll fix and paint the dressing chair when I come back from NZ
