Waffles done. This time I adjusted the recipe. A bit sweeter so it’s crispier, a bit lighter too. They turned out nice. 🙂

So yesterday Miss Seagoon and I were talking about our duolingo, we’re on a family subscription, she brushing up her Spanish , I’m doing Latin.
I knew she studied Latin at high school, did it for 4 years, so we talked about it and how it’s used in the modern day. And she spoke some and well but with a thick french accent!! She went to the lycee in Observatoire in Belgium so of course she had the accent. She laughed at my Aussie and I laughed at hers. In a nice way of course. 😊
