      They are adding ERA Panels to the outside of a jet.

      ERA tiles, or Explosive Reactive Armor, are small explosive charges sandwiched between two metal plates. They are added to the outside of modern tanks as a means of protection. ERA tiles are designed to detonate when hit by a tank shell or other round.

      Essentially, the small explosion they cause can greatly reduce the effectiveness of certain armor penetrating rounds.

      All in all, the joke is that they are attaching a bunch of bombs to a plane that, first off, shouldn’t be concerned about tank rounds, and secondly, doesn’t have enough armor to survive the ERA detonations in the first place.

      I mean I guess. It’ll probably stay on my phone. But it looks so terribly AI that I am reluctant to share it. It did do a good job creating what was in my head, but…AI!

      Well I mean sure, but nothing really captures the subtle humor I slipped in there. COD, AliExpress, their slogan is gold. But I will never be happy with what AI images look like. Just pure trash. Which is, technically speaking, pure shit posting.

      But let’s be clear, I have zero I’ll will for anyone downvoting this. I get to share what’s in my head while openly accepting the condemnation for using AI pho-art.
