Some games need TPM2 and secure boot to ensure you don’t load cheats at boot time. It’s very invasive and doesn’t even protect games for more than a few days (Battlefield 6 cheats bypassed it during the beta phase)

Cloud based password managers are a scam imo. They get total control of your data AND dictate how you can access it (paywalls, ads etc) meanwhile you get dick. On top of that the headline kinda made it sound like real password managers (like keepass) could have been compromised too.
Doesn’t surprise me that cloud based ones are vulnerable. And when they get breached they just write a oopsie apology letter and continue going about their business.

For League of Legends the definitive way to play is to not start. I swear I do not know of any other game that has such addictive properties while being so absolutely fucking awful. You don’t stop playing this game, You take extended breaks.

For a movie I got “Instant Family”. This one’s focus is entirely about adoption, and it’s a great ride.
A show that I think is very unknown is “Parenthood”. It also does the huge family thing like “Modern Family” which I love. The stories about parenting are more diverse here tho: you’ve got the classic parenting teens, dealing with autism, and adoption, all in one show.

Yeah the fact that the basic 4x LMB into RMB combo is basically the only combo you can do kinda blows. The abilities do mix it up, but only a little. I hope it gets better since I’m only like 7-8 hours into the game and there’s still new stuff being added to the combat, but it does make a really bad first impression.
I still have a hearty backlog tho and I know Like A Dragon is waiting so the horizon is looking good. And I’m gonna buy Expedition 33 this Christmas sale.

Just bounced off of Elden Ring again. It’s a good game but idk starting a fresh playthrough just feels like a slog. And jumping back into my overheated character feels boring. I should remove it from my “favorite game” section on Steam but idk what should replace it.
Another game I’m way more into than I thought is Final Fantasy XVI. I’m not a huge FF fan and have gotten a lot less interested in turn based combat as I got older, so I really like this direction FF is heading into.
Clive and Sid’s VAs sound like 30 years older than their characters and the amount of cutscenes is quite overwhelming, but I’m invested.
I had it on my wishlist for quite some time and the reason why I finally pulled the trigger was a short 50 sec video of someone annihilating a deer with the power of god.
