    But with a buttload of cops ready to make arrest and also spike trap, so it’s really just 3 stars for the rest of the world but 1 star for US.

    It only work in a society where people arent expecting to get killed by the cops. In the US its reasonable to fear for your life during any arrest, so people tend to panic and run.

  I’m pretty sure the police gonna tackle someone running down the street but alas, he’s just there to deploy spike for the escaping Nissan driving at 20kmph.
