Yeah ofcourse you technically lose money, but if you dont want to invest in normal market stocks, then its better than having it just sitting in your bank account. The base situation is always “losing money due to inflation” so anything that gets you closer to zero is an improvement. Its more of a social investment than a monetary one tho i admit.

The US is one of the worst CO2 emitters per capita iirc. So people buying less from them should be good. Also a big improvement globally would be if this leads to the LLM hype collapsing, because that led to a huge increase in emissions.

This being allowed is honestly a catastrophe. The people that did this should be in jail and the animals put down.
Colossal claims that the same techniques it uses to summon back species from the dead could prevent existing but endangered animals from slipping into extinction themselves.
This will also 100% be used as an argument against wildlife protection. Its just a matter of time, before one of these genetically engineered animals will escape and cause havoc on current ecosystems due to completely unforeseeable consequences.
