  I have had one month on CPAP treatment. it’s amazeballs - life changing and I am so glad I kept fighting for a diagnosis. I knew something was wrong beyond my usual suspects (and I knew it wasn’t bloody menopause)…I feel like I have a lot of healing to do but I feel neither depressed nor anxious (and my sinuses aren’t a mess). I am not sure I have ever felt this way before.

  I hope this isn’t insensitive - I know some of you are in the shit of the health fight. I am sending biggest vibes out - everyone deserves some reprieve.

    Yay!!! So happy to hear this!

    I have been wondering if I have sleep apnea but I don’t have symptoms besides fatigue. I also wake up with a blocked nose almost every morning so that’s something.

  Ok. Languishing in bed is lovely but time to move. Coffee, shopping for food, reset the flat in a semblance of order. Then hopefully some cuddle up and read time.

  Got some nice greens and some goats cheese so might do a pastry thing or try to source some GF cannollini…might need a winter stew this week…hmm.

  So tired. Last night I cleaned the kitchen (basically just sweeping, mopping and wiping the bench) and that wiped me out.

  I have this problem where I put on Drawabox videos or Bob Ross and don’t learn anything because I fall asleep.

  I watched Grand Theft Hamlet the other night. What would be an otherwise boring documentary about a couple of posh people trying to put on another production of hamlet is elevated by the fact it all takes place in GTA Online.
