Oooohhhh so THAT’S what you use it for!!!
Silly me, using it to store greens and fruit when it was a marinating drawer… How did I not think of this before?i

Pro tip: use it for both. For extra marination.
I also never thought of that, but this actually makes a lot of sense - having the same, but in some bowl, would take up more space in the fridge. You just have to wash the container before and after
Those drawers pull all the way out if you want to them to. :)
This is ingenious and profoundly disturbing at the same time.
I also wonder if they're still alive.
I would hope the turkey is dead before being submerged
It certainly would be afterwards.
Did they empty the fridge for the photo, or do they only keep a marinating turkey in their fridge
It’s their marinating fridge
Obviously! What else would you use?

Honestly, I don’t hate this idea. As long as you wash it before and after, Its kind of convenient to not have a giant bowl of marinade taking up most of the fridge.
I’d still rather put it in a plastic bag. Better coverage with less marinade.
I have trouble imagining how I remove this from the fridge without spilling anything on the floor.
Siphon it
It’s a good idea if you want your fridge to be covered in salmonella.
A marinade drawer is a separate container from the rest, sweety
So cling wrap the top at a minimum. Then fill wipe down afterwards.
For all the trouble I’d just triple bag the turkey
The thing is, I don’t know how to open or close that drawer without spilling the liquid.
drill a hole in the top shelf and use a straw
🤮
oh i’m actually at a loss of words
Imagine getting killed for this joke
