They’ll think “surely turning it off and on wouldn’t solve all this damage”, swear to you that they already did restart it just so they don’t have to wait for it to restart and once you go over and actually restart the computer it will get fixed. Then they will gaslight themselves into believing they did in fact restart it and you’ve just somehow got lucky.
