The LSL is banked with the intention of just taking the cash when I leave, on top of the 7 weeks annual leave Iâve also got sitting there.
Theyâre adamant there will be no redundancies, without coming out and saying it theyâre definitely trying for reduction through attrition.

My catâs heart isnât working well and he doesnât have a great prognosis, but heâs well and happy in himself and Iâm focusing on that. Weâll be ok.
Iâve just ordered takeaway for the first time in yonks. Fried goodness is now on the way to me and in the meantime Iâve poured a glass of wine. I will enjoy it and not wallow.
