But it gives the religious cult a chance to knock on your door and ask if you’ve heard of their lord and saviour, Linus.

He’s actually doing some really new and interesting things. Probably none of it is going to catch on as a look, but it’s unique.
Also, a lot of the cuts look interesting because of how he shaves it. A week or two after the cut and it will lose the effect - another reason why none of these will trend.

Because I know what I post there. I don’t know exactly what was said because it was from days ago and I posted quite a bit in the comments. they of course won’t tell you what the comment was because they deleted it.
I think all of my anti-Musk posts were basically saying he was a douche or a dickhead in so many words. I’m sure it got reported, some basement knob mod banned me because they want to be Musk, and that’s the end of that.
If me and my posts (both comments and original posts) are what they’re selling, and I can’t express my opinion about someone, then the place isn’t worth my time. Reddit can go the bots and repost karma whores for all I care.

Not OP, but the story is the same. Personally I said something bad about Elon. I don’t remember what but it didn’t break their rules.
The problem is they delete the “offending comment” and don’t tell you what it was and don’t give you a chance to argue your case. I got banned from a subredit once just by posting some lyrics to a song from Nightmare Before Christmas (Kidnap the Santy Claus). There is no point trying to make sense of it. Websites all die eventually and others take their place.
It’s Reddit’s time.

I was angrily wishing I could preheat the oven while I was on my way home from work. That’s when I realized the reason for a WiFi oven.
Maybe a better oven is better than wifi. It only takes my oven a few minutes to get up to temp.
I come home, turn it on, fiddle with “getting home shit”, and by the time I’m done it’s ready to go. No wifi needed.

That’s a pretty basic program with simple software needs.
If the programming is such shit there is a chance they need connectivity to update it or patch the code once it’s gone into production, it might be best to look into another product.

- Comment on Grok got a Nazi patch 1 month ago:
Q: Did the holocaust happen?
Grok Answer: Yes, the Holocaust happened. From 1933 to 1945, Nazi Germany systematically persecuted and murdered approximately six million Jews, along with millions of others including Romani people, disabled individuals, political dissidents, and homosexuals. This genocide was carried out through concentration camps, gas chambers, mass shootings, and other atrocities. Extensive historical evidence—including survivor testimonies, Nazi documentation, photographs, and physical remnants like concentration camp sites—confirms the scale and horror of these events. Denying or minimizing the Holocaust contradicts well-established facts and is often rooted in anti-Semitic propaganda.

I gave one of these to my girlfriend the day before I had to go away on business for 2 months.
She said “What is this for?”
I said “It’s a replacement for my you-know-what.”
She said “Oh, ok. I think I get it.”
I got home 2 months later and she had 3 chipped teeth.

One of my favourites was Sandra on the beach, in mid day tropical sunshine, using one of those old 1994 laptop screens. Riiiiiiight.

It would be fun to make Trump work a job for 90 days. Nothing major. Maybe answering phones for a help line.
9 to 5 desk job.
Monday through Friday.
If he misses a day he has to “find a new job” and start over.
The dude would fucking CRACK like he was being waterboarded!

I don’t have time in my life to have to deal with legal bullshit that isn’t my fault. I’ll just avoid the situation entirely.
Self checkout is a liability.
- Comment on That's me 2 months ago:
you’re simply punishing that kid for no reason.
IT’S HIS JOB!
Since when is doing the job you were hired for considered punishment? I’ve worked in a retail environment when I was younger. I always enjoyed being tagged to collect carts. I got to go outside and shuffle around the lot.
And of course it hurts the bottom line. If people start leaving their carts around more, they have to pay someone to collect them. If everyone puts carts in the cart return, they collect from there. If carts are all over the lot, it will take 2 or 3 times longer.
- Comment on That's me 2 months ago:
I don’t use those self checkout machines because they’re a serious liability to me. If I fuck up and miss scanning something, then I get a shoplifting charge. Best case, they realize it was a simple mistake a trespass me indefinitely for it.
Fuck you. Ring up the items for me.
I also now have a new policy. If they have more self checkout open than regular checkout, I leave my cart in the parking lot NOT in the buggy corral.
There used to be sort of an unspoken honour system that if they didn’t have to pay a kid to collect carts, prices would stay down. Now they’re reducing their labour AND bumping prices to increase profits.
Fuck you. Collect your own cart.

I’ll agree with you on the first one. My friend wanted to see it and we saw it in 3D - which I usually avoid. I was blown away by the visuals and actually saw it a second time in theatre about a week later with someone else. I kind of didn’t even pay much attention to the plot and dialogue. I just wanted the visuals.
It wasn’t until I saw it a third time at home without the visuals that I realized just how stupid the movie was.

This is your defence? LOL
Only 29.8% of Americans cared enough to stop a known criminal with an authoritarian bent become the last president you’ll ever have?
31% wanted it,
1.1% voted for someone they knew wouldn’t win.
38.1% don’t give a shit what happens. Possibly these people were purged from voter rolls and had their vote stolen. But knowing Americans, I’d happen to guess that percent is well below .5% of the non-voter segment.
Pathetic.
