  It’s there a third string, up the back? The model photo looks like this just sits in front of your balls, rather than supporting them from below, as is shown in the inset photo.

    Was looking for this comment. I have a few pairs of these and they’re kinda neat! Problem is that I got them when I was in shape, and putting them on now is a bit of a stretch (around my waist). (No pun intended.)

    Not sure how much a new pair costs now, in the US, but I would recommend if you want a little ball holster lol
