  A sticker isn’t going to hide a full on cup car. Like imagine you’re in an emergency, you see a black and white car that has all the markings of a cop car, but it has a rainbow sticker, are you going to ignore it because of a 2x3 sticker?

  While true, the software put it in your face and forces you to interact with a screen that says “EULA”. I doubt using a consumable as intended will hold any jurisprudence. But then again look who we have appointing judges right now…
