Here in coming with a super unpopular take. I was a day one purchaser of cyberpunk 2077, and even on a $30 rebuilt ps4 slim I had almost no issues. My first playthrough had one fixer mission that was bugged that kept me from completing that one side mission, and that’s it. No t posing, and maybe 2-3 crashes over 30-40 hours.

Going over to a Facebook market place pickup, and seeing a dude with Fox just playing in the afternoon on a weekend. I was just like “you really choose to do this in your free time?”. I felt nothing but genuine pity. And I got a pretty cool green enamel sink for free, so I wasn’t about to say anything.

The person in replying to is saying the civilian market’s quality is worse than mil spec. But I’m saying that is absolutely not true. The civilian market is wide ranging.

Bro, remember when going to the movies was fun and shit? Like it was what you were doing for most of your spare time that day. Had a movie theater near me with a full ass bar, and a small arcade. It was like a haphazard Dave and Buster’s but with cash and not shitty water downed drinks. Play for a little before the movie, watch the movie, maybe play some more. I remember it was towards the end of college when one of the “the hills have eyes” movies came out, and I went for matinee discount showing. They had no games, a soda and popcorn was close to $10, and a cup of water was a fucking dollar cause I guess they gotta nickel and dime everything they can. It was such a shitty experience that I have only ever gone to see a movie is on dates cause it’s what she suggested.
We really lost some magic. Just happy I got to see the Lord of the Rings as a kid I guess. That was fucking peak movie experience.

Absolutely not, take AR triggers for example. The shit they ship with palmetto state builds is “military grade” (read mil-spec) and functional, but is garbage compared to something like a geissele SSAE, or a trigger tech.

I mean he’s not wrong, but the list of contractors capable of building roller coasters is very short and pretty well regulated. It’s not like Joe Shmoe from down the street is rolling steel forms.

I genuinely can’t remember the last carrier phone I had. I get whatever $200 every few years. So far it’s been a Sony, a used pixel, and a Motorola, and I just found out my current Motorola is supported by graphene, so I might see how long I can make it last. It’s honestly perfect, the Sony was/is beautiful but had a slightly wrap around the sides screen making it very sensitive in the way you hold it even with a case.
