  So I live in one of those “Sears’ catalog” wood cabins. I’m from the equator originally, so solid water in the environment is something completely foreign to me. But my place has had frozen/busted pipes twice since I’ve moved in. I went full 'tism and researched shit for a few days. And for once it actually got me fixing results!!!

  I got these line heaters meant to be wrapped around the pipes, but if you stretch them out by only going around the pipe once and then wrap them in cheap cast fabric, you can save so much money!

  I’m actually cool with this. They really have been ignoring a large swath of Tom Clancy shit, and I feel assassin’s Creed just isn’t as cool and interesting as it used to be. Not to mention Prince of Persia which they seem to have completely abandoned. I would love it if private equity came in and sold all their ips to other houses.

  This is absolutely true!

  I had a detached cornea that I had to get lasered back together, which is a “fun” story in and of itself. But after I had this really bad “curtain” is the best I can describe it. Had it for years. Got on a pineapple kick for a little while and it disappeared!

  I honestly can’t tell you how long it took. I’m actually only just now noticing that I haven’t had it in months!

  There’s actually a very cool philosophical argument that we are actually creating new fundamental rules of the universe by studying them. Simulation theory maybe? Dunno how much stock I put into it, but it’s kinda cool to think about.
