We get “June Bugs” in California. They look just like this, but are brown and fuzzy and squeak when you pet them.

Your June bugs are very different from the ones we get in Texas. Ours aren’t fuzzy, and they don’t squeak. They just clumsily buzz around your porch lights and hit you in the face.

I always assume if I get just one downvote on a post mixed with a bunch of upvotes, it probably is an involuntary downvote, like when you scroll and hit the button without noticing.

I did not downvote you because I’m the beetle whisperer. That beetle is flipping you off and hoping you can see it 'cause they’re doing it as hard as they can.
