        I can smell that picture. The lovely smell of last night’s wine as it goes down the drain. The stubborn red ring left in the glass, the stain on the teeth. All things I don’t miss about drinking!

    I figured out the sleep issue.

    It’ll take a few more days to settle down but I slept for 4 hours in a row without having gone to the gym which has happened in 18 months.

    Feels weird to be relatively well tested.
