Oh it’s balls. Your post yesterday about heading to the hospital lined up with my reaction. I was pretty close to ubering to the emergency department. I got in touch with Nurse-on-Call first to see what they had to say. I wasn’t getting any anaphylaxis, just covered in a sunburn like red rash. Which continues to suck, but isn’t life threatening.

I’ve had a few cheapo watches and it’s the strap that breaks for me. Latest one I got one with a metal 🤘 strap and it’s held strong. Not a great watch though, it can’t tell my 3am doomscrolling from sleep.

Wegovy reset that for me last year. I went on it for about six months to kick start weight loss as I was always hungry. I lost the first 15kg with it, then wound back and lost another 15kg via continued calorie counting. I didn’t go above the 1.0 dose which is the strongest of the cheaper options ($250/4 shots taken weekly). All the low doses are $250.

The hollow leg curse. Years ago a friend offered me all I could eat taco bill for my birthday for me n a mate. I’m 6’2" he’s 6’5". She cut us off after two entrees and two mains. We went elsewhere afterwards for a bit more food. Next week she came into my bar where she got free beer and I cut her off after two. Payback.
