I’ve been working on hip mobility. There’s hundreds of youtube videos on any joint you want to work. They range in quality but working through different ones consistently will get results and reveal which exercises you get the most from.

I’ve probably mentioned it before but club-bells are great shoulder mobility exercise. You can just use a bottle of water or whatever as a weight, no need to get anything fancy.
