Medical degree can be used for research though? Anon doesn’t need to work patient-facing to use his education, surely there is a better position for them.
And this sounds like a pretty good life, time for reading and working out, enough free time to have a relationship. Most doctors don’t have such a cushy schedule.

- 5 am: wake = 0 hrs
- 5-6 am: read = 1 hrs
- 6-7 am: shower, breakfast, travel to hospital = 1 hrs
- 7-8 am: ? = 1 hrs
- 8 am -12 pm: Patient assessment = 4 hrs
- 12 pm - 1 am: Lunch break = 13 hrs
- 1 am - 4 pm: Patient assessment again = 15 hrs.
= 35 hours

If you are bad with patients and good with technical shit, go into a speciality where you don’t interface with patients. Become a diagnostic radiologist. You’ll hardly see patients directly. Or become a pathologist. You’ll never see a (live) patient.
