I would take literally whatever he says on this site with the largest grain of salt. That site is for his cult members and no one else. Not one non maga member uses that app, and I’d have to believe 99.999% of it is bullshit.

Control of the Strait of Hormuz: Continued Iranian military management and control over the waterway.
Nuclear Enrichment Rights: U.S. acceptance of Iran’s right to enrich uranium on its own soil.
Lifting Primary Sanctions: Removal of all direct U.S. financial restrictions and sanctions.
Lifting Secondary Sanctions: Ending penalties on foreign entities that do business with Iran.
Termination of UNSC Resolutions: Ending all United Nations Security Council resolutions against Iran.
Termination of IAEA Resolutions: Ending all International Atomic Energy Agency resolutions regarding Iran’s nuclear program.
War Reparations: Compensation payments for damage to Iranian infrastructure, potentially funded by tolls on ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

That’s a complete victory for Iran with better conditions and more power than before. The USA would never agree to this.
I think the terms are a good starting point. The US can seriously get bent at this point. You are probably right that they will not agree to them, but who knows when they have the worst negotiator man baby Trumplethinskin in charge.
But you don’t understand, Trump is playing 5 Dementia chess.
Trump needs the war to end before elections later this year… I think it’s extremely likely the US agrees to giving Iran more power than it had before the beginning, Trump just needs one small concession so he can call it a “win” even if he’s lost
Trump would totally agree, his objective is not to help the US.
The chairman of the Iranian version of the house of representatives has said they’ve already contravened 3 of the points on the list.

You should keep in mind that this is a negotiation position, and it’s normal to ask for the world at the beginning so the inevitable compromise may be more in your favor.
