I really don’t understand these kinds of posts showing how much a stock dropped when it’s still much higher than 12 months ago.
Earlier this year people kept posting how Tesla stock is crashing, but it has always been a lot higher than 12 months prior.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d love tesla to tank, but let’s not celibrate it crashing when it clearly isn’t

Ok look it’s simple I am against fascism.
I’m also against violent protests, looting etc.Antifa is very often involved in violent protests, looting etc. So I can’t support them
And I feel they give people who oppose fascism a bad reputation
- Comment on Why does the GOP think “ANTIFA” is bad? 3 days ago:
Exactly, just because you oppose ‘The Democratic Republic of North Korea’ doesn’t mean you’re anti democracy.
People hide behind fake names all the time, Antifa seems more anarchist than anti-fascist to me.

Antifa is a misleading name, just like “The Democratic Republic of North Korea”
They might be Anti
-Fascist, but it’s not that simple, IMO they tarnish the name - Comment on Update on my Home-Lab now featuring a fully custom built 10" Aluminumm rack 3 days ago:
So I have the UniFi Express 7 and a 2.5Gbps 8 port managed switch to go along with it. It’s overkill for my current needs but it allows me to expand on it a lot if I like.
It’s potentially cheaper to just buy a RackMate, or 3D print a 10” rack, but where’s the fun in that.

Honestly I’d laugh at both, and then immediately think it’s fucked up that I laughed, and that it’s in bad taste. Just like this meme, but it’s still funny to me.
Dark humour goes both ways, if you can dish it out you should be able to take it.

- Comment on Philadelphia neighborhood group approves $25,000 to fight bike lanes 3 weeks ago:
It’s a favourite pastime of some Amsterdammers to scare tourists who aren’t paying any attention and wonder into the bike lane by ringing our bell as we pass waiting a centimeter of them.
If it wasn’t obvious I’d be forgiving but it’s painted bright red with bicycle symbols on it.
We like to joke the bike lanes are stained red by the blood of tourists
- Comment on Philadelphia neighborhood group approves $25,000 to fight bike lanes 3 weeks ago:
I know you’re making a joke but actually all the protected bike lanes makes it really easy and nice for mobility scooters to get around here
- Comment on Philadelphia neighborhood group approves $25,000 to fight bike lanes 3 weeks ago:
You’re probably talking about central Amsterdam by the train station.
Yea that place is an absolute mess because ~20 million tourists come through there each year.
If you cycle 10min in any direction Way from there it’s really nice and relaxed.
Just need to get away from the tourists

Try asking AI to give you this speech, it will tell you it violates it’s T&C’s

If these people spent a week living in Amsterdam and experienced the absolute bliss that is good public infrastructure they’d be ashamed
