- Comment on I have an acquaintance that have their own "password system" that involves having a "core" set of characters, plus a few unique characters for each site; Is that system safe? 1 week ago:
You can buy leaked passwords from the dark web if you know someone's email.
So if someone got say 5 passwords from this person and look at them they'd very quickly be able to figure out the pattern and would know all their passwords.
The method they use is safe from scripts etc. But not foolproof

Yea I think you're fine drinking like a litre of distilled water. Too much of anything will kill you, even regular water.

I think we should relax rules on how quickly it is to evaluate a plane, and focus more on keeping the plane in the sky. (looking at you Boeing)
I'd love sleeping pods or bunk beds on a plane and accept the higher risk of not being able to get out quickly.
Cars and probably even train are infinitely more dangerous and we accept those risks every day.

How do you clean the port?
- Comment on Grieve with me 3 weeks ago:
Mine is at the point where there is only one specific USB-C cable that I can charge it on.
Literally all other cables simply won't charge it, and now it's at the point where I need to have that cable in a very specific position for it to charge.
At least wireless charging still works, the phone is only 3 years old, I really should replace the battery and port

I think that's overkill, he already knows how to drive.
He just needs to learn how to use the clutch.
A few YouTube videos, and a few hours of practice getting used to the clutch and he should be good
