The more expensive it is, the better it will perform. All laptops are generally ripoffs. You know what you’re looking for already, just browse the stores

I didn’t call anyone unstable. It was the other way around. Just read the posts. I said I have problem with Linux. And I have for years. But then everyone attacks me over it 🤷♂️

Forgot how toxic the Linux community is
- Comment on How I'd fix Windows as a retired Windows Engineer 3 weeks ago:
For me, no. I like the simplicity of just installed stuff. I’ve tried many distros and I always have to Google how to install stuff. And then whenever I have to use the terminal shit just break. Last time I used Linux it destroyed my ssd to where I couldn’t boot anymore

I’d make an actual good stable version of Linux. Jokes aside, I haven’t seen a stable Linux except for steam os. Amazing what a full company can achieve.

- Comment on iPhone Air Durability test | JerryRigEverything 2 months ago:
Uh no. It’s was 210 at the center and wasn’t fully distributed across the phone. If you paid attention in physics class you’d know that it would take considerably much more force cross the whole device to break it that way.
Kinda the same principal for how a freight ship can float in water. “Bigger people” won’t smush them easily. In fact it would be very hard, and the person would need to be nearly 800 pounds
- Comment on iPhone Air Durability test | JerryRigEverything 2 months ago:
I’m not an apple fan. But 210 pounds of force in the center is way more than “somewhat”
- Comment on How does the Chinese government even work 2 months ago:
I agree with that. The only problem is we’re all opinionated now and the US is hardcore split into two. I say republicans have their land, democrats have theirs. Like North and South Korea. Let trump be the Alabama diddler leader and I’d give the northern parts to Gavin Newsom. Or Arnold again. Let Arnold run things
- Comment on How does the Chinese government even work 2 months ago:
Think of the USA but now remove all political parties and just make One party, remove state governments and make them all federal. So every state has the same laws across the nation. When it’s time to vote, democracy is very limited and federally controlled.
Some red flags of the CCP, because this is what trump and maga wants for the US ultimately. A CCDI which purges political rivals. Increased federal control which limits freedom of speech , expression and independent institutions.
Also imagine a HUGE increase in censorship online. Republicans are also doing this now in the US with porn sites as well as locally forcing bibles and the ten commandments in schools.
What’s funny though, even with all this Chinese still has a generally free healthcare system for its citizens and pretty good quality of life overall. Something apparently no US leader could ever achieve.
Well that’s my understanding of it. I could be wrong about some things. I could be missing some things. I live in the US so I only know what I can research and learn.

- Comment on What age gap is too big of an age gap if someone's in their early 30's? 3 months ago:
There’s gotta be some stricter “rules”. Because 19 dating 15 would be weeeeiiiiiird. It’s always iffy because the older you get. The larger the gap is acceptable. Like 25-10 is gross AF right. But 55-40 isn’t a huge deal.

Yeah I meant like legally. Statutory rape and all.
