  Not affiliated with the community, but as Lemmy is open source, and the primary coding is done by people other than the instance owners, it would be the people maintaining the codebase that this would probably fall to implement

  Yeah, I have my doubts. Cool in concept, but getting a radar that is that sensitive and able to track quick movements seems difficult.

  That’s just the way a lot of economic policy works. A policy’s effects are not be instantaneous, but may take months or years before they are noticable depending on what they are. This lag often results in the next presidency experiencing the economic policies that were implemented by the previous presidency(s).
