I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice, but it looks like Cellulitis to me which can be very dangerous.

They are definitely not supposed to look like that. Call your doctor/primary care right away. It looks like an allergic reaction of some sort. Call your primary care.

Not a doctor here, if it’s warm to touch it’s an infection, draw a line around it in pen with a time and day, then In a couple of hours do it again. If it gets bigger, starts leaking puss or fluid got see a like now.

My first Covid vaccines did this, but I have contact dermatitis and have skin reactions to almost anything, including winter sweaters.
I’m not a doctor and not giving medical advice, but for me this is not necessarily uncommon. That doesn’t mean the same for you, obviously.

I had a red splotchy arm after a pneumonia vaccine. The redness was growing and the area was hot to the touch. Saw a doctor. Got meds. Think the official dx was cellulitis.
Could be the same problem. Could be something different. See a doctor.

My roommate had this happen. He got it again, but less bad, when he got a booster. I think it initially took a couple weeks to go away, but I might not remember correctly. I think some people are inclined to have this happen.

I am not a doctor and if it does get worse you should talk to one.
That said, I usually get a rash a day or two after a Covid vaccination. It’s happened almost every time I get one. I’ve had welts on my forehead and up and down my legs. I have asked my doctor about it because I was very concerned at first. He said as long as it doesn’t happen within 4 hours and I do not have any breathing issues, it’s not a problem. I do have very sensitive skin and break out into hives with a lot of things like fragrances and certain fabrics.

Even just an immediately-bandaged pinprick bleeding three days later itself isn’t normal, let alone the rest of it.

I used to be like that too. The thing is, if you’re worried you may be overreacting, you’re probably not the kind of person to overreact. Doesn’t hurt or cost much to just pop into one of those walk-in doctoramas just to see what they say.
