Now I want to make a mod for Fallout called “Bug Removal” and all it does is replace all the insect enemies with non-insect enemies.

Hear me out. Bugs with large bosoms. They can fly but their nipples drag the ground

Making enemies really fly would be the hard part, I guess.

Replace all insects with big titty goth girlfriends.

SKK made an enemy replacer mod. Might be able to do that

To fix the bugs? No, to fix the jugs!
ivanafterall@lemmy.world 10 months ago
To fix the bug bites.
I’m sorry.

This is what trying to mod Cyberpunk 2077 is like. Is some modicum of new gameplay too much to ask?

The mod tool isn’t nearly as easy to use as bethesda’s, which is why it was impressive that someone actually implemented a rail system before it became official in 2.1, there was also a spider-man like mod to climb walls like the first few trailers.
SilentObserver@lemm.ee 10 months ago
Some big bugs there. 😂
Lemminary@lemmy.world 10 months ago
It’s not a bug, it’s a… prominent feature.

Expanding on the plot.

I installed a nevernude model that was more Nord-looking in my opinion and also some clothes to use with bodyslide and one of the dresses was clipping so it would cover the entire screen in an eternally shifting void and crash if I looked directly at it. 10/10 would play again.
I actually had no idea what was causing it until it happened in a different area of the game and then I connected the dots that two NPCs wearing exactly the same item of clothing affected by mods were in those locations. Otherwise I’d have never fixed it and just been effectively banned from 2 taverns.

I actually laughed out loud when Fallout London project manager replied to someone that was using it on their discord.

That’s a screenshot from The Nexus, though.

Btw, first in modding should always be to look for a community patch. I was seriously impressed how much the one for KSP 1.12 (the last one) fixes.

Just as intended.
