Hard to say. For Rimworld, there are lots of engine-level mods/fixes and expansions, so i guess this one?

Klei, Take-Two, pretty much built their games on community mods. Heck, even mobile and desktop user interfaces are based solely on community mods.

If i remember right, they had multiple issues (forgot accessibility for one) and defects at first too. Stadler Rail as vendor i think? Though i quite like them.
