  I remember when I first got into emulation, I was always annoyed by the crispness of the pixels, since I was used to actually seeing them on a CRT screen. When whatever I was using at the time (snes9x or zsnes; don’t remember which) added the Scanlines filter, it was exactly what I always wanted.

  I don’t get how kids can be unsafe because of other kids being dumbasses. I guarantee the majority of the hate symbolism and speech on Steam’s forums, is from people under the age of 18. Kids are fucking little shits. Especially when they have no supervision, like on the Steam forums.

  Voyager recently added user tags (allows you to label other users) but the app also doesn’t appear to use the display name option available in Lemmy, so it just shows the username you use to log in, which doesn’t have special characters.
